General Hospital fans are watching as Jason and Sonny work hard to find out exactly what happened to Jason back in 2012. We know Jason was kidnapped and was missing for a very long time, but he did come back with a new face and all kinds of information to prove he was Jason. No one really knew what happened to him — including Jason himself. He was not sure who took him, what they wanted from him, and Drew was given a story to tell when he came back that satisfied everyone and their need to know where he’d been.
Of course, we all have the answers we are looking for now. It was all a big lie and things were not as they seemed back then. There is nothing to say that this man is who he said he was, and that what he thought happened to him was nothing more than just a brainwashing tactic used on him.
So Sonny is helping Jason try and figure it all out. They need to know, and they need to know now. They have to find out who is doing this, what it is doing to them, and where they should go from here. They have to deal with something their own way, and we can’t help but wonder if they will ever get the answers they are looking for that are accurate and not just more lies. This plot was clearly too elaborate for them to simply find out.
