Days of Our Lives fans aren’t overly surprised to learn that Nicole is shocked by Eric’s most recent actions. She’s not the kind of person who spends much time focusing on anyone other than herself, so the fact that Eric has quit his job and plans on leaving town didn’t really seem like that big of a deal to her. She’s got more than a few issues of her own to work out right now, and we wonder if she’s going to really pay attention to all that is going on around her. She will undoubtedly pretend she is constantly shocked by his actions, that she simply cannot believe he is the kind of person who will do something like this, and we have a feeling she is going to act surprised when she realizes it’s all about her.
She’s not happy right now. She’s got so much on her plate. She cannot believe that he would leave her because she is still so caught up in all that’s going on with Brady. He’s not in a good place right now, and she’s still got so much on her plate she can’t even handle the situation as it stands. Why can’t she just do whatever she wants to do and make it work for herself? We don’t know the answer to that, to be completely honest.
We know that she’s not happy, but she’s not going to change. She is upset that Eric is leaving, and we have a feeling she’s going to make a decision of her own.
