On screen it’s usually imporant to look good. The characters pop a lot more if they look stylish and can get the attention of the audience, so at times it almost feels as though these fine clothes and innovative looks are more for the viewers’ pleasure than for the characters. Honestly though it’s been found that the actors actually enjoy the looks they’re allowed to slip into at times, especially if it’s something uniquely stylish and good-looking. Let’s face facts, the more stylish a character is in films the more attention you’re bound to give them.
Here are just a few of the most stylish characters from the past couple decades for your viewing pleasure.
10. Jaime Foxx as Django in Django Unchained
You might have wanted the blue suit with the white ruffles, but this one definitely says Django in much more pronounced manner. It’s hard to take someone seriously in ruffles, especially in a western.
9. Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne in The Dark Knight
When he’s not fighting crime Bruce Wayne is Mr. GQ Smooth. When you’ve got that kind of bankroll it doesn’t take much to look your best.
8. Colin Firth as Harry Hart/Galahad in Kingsman: The Secret Service
Nothing says secret agent like a dash of style. The fact that various parts of his wardrobe can be used as a weapon as well doesn’t hurt either.

If not for the scraggly hair he might have been a little higher on the list, but that is one snazzy suit. Still, he has a definite sense of style all his own.

Conservative and stylish, few women can wear a uniform in a classy and dignified manner like Agent Carter. She was able to get aggressive at the drop of a hat and wasn’t shy about it.

This is a classic example of timeless beauty and an authoritative sense of style that just doesn’t fade. She makes number one just for being the woman she is and the leader she represents on film.
