The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tell us it’s not going to be a good week for Nicole and Zende. They’ve found out their chances of having a baby are not going to be very good. Nicole wants a second opinion, but we hear that it won’t go any better. Her time as a surrogate for Rick and Maya left her unable to carry her own babies, and that’s something she now has to live with as she sees them with their happy little family. She also has to think about the fact that Zende actually ended his relationship with her when she chose to get pregnant with their baby and become a surrogate. He didn’t support her decision, and now that they’re married and back together, that problem is back in their life. It’s only a matter of time before his bitterness and/or her guilt over the situation takes hold of both of them.
And now that things in their lives are taking a turn they don’t care for, Zende is going to throw himself into his work. Now that Ridge has fired Thomas, he’s going to offer Zende the position at the company to take over as someone with more responsibility and power. And Zende is going to accept that offer with serious happiness and excitement. He might not get to have a baby with his wife, but his work has never been more exciting. This is good and exciting news for him, and he is not going to take it lightly. He has a lot to offer, and he’s going to throw himself into work. Nicole won’t have the same option, and we have a feeling this will become another problem in their marriage.
How much longer will we see them fight for their happiness before they decide it’s not worth it anymore? Can they survive the guilt and anger they secretly harbor over her past decisions? We don’t know that they can get through this without ending their marriage to one another. It’s not something they can handle together, but Zende could find someone else to have a baby with.
