I’m sure many of you remember the hilarious Youtube video that went viral a few years ago that featured a montage of Tom Cruise running in movies. It turns out that Cruise does a ton of running and in a ton of movies. When you put it all together it winds up being pretty funny but also eye-opening. You realize just how much directors like to film this guy run. Fast forward to today and some decided to put together a video of Tom Cruise falling.
Only this video is a parody and all comes from only one sequence where he falls in a movie. That movie is Vanilla Sky. You’ll remember that at the end of that film Cruise must make a choice to return to the real world or continue his lucid dream. To return to the real world he must jump off a building and overcome his fear of heights. Only in this particular movie after Cruise takes the leap he’s then transported to falling scenes of other movies. Movies uses here are:
