Days of Our Lives is back all new today and it’s going to bring change into the lives of many. The first change comes for Hope, who we know is going to be experiencing some major turmoil. A “Work” Selfie of Kristian Alfonso and Joseph Mascolo (Hope and Stefano) was taken this weekend by the actors, and it tells us there’s a lot going on behind-the-scenes. We know Stefano isn’t dead, and Hope is rotting in jail for the next quarter century for a murder she didn’t commit, even though she believes she committed the murder. She’s going to hope her situation changes as her new prison friends try to help her learn how to handle her enemies behind bars. They want nothing more than to see her dead, and they’re not stopping.
The other issue lies in the fact that Rafe and several others are now in Prague looking for a very-much alive Stefano. We have reason to believe Marlena is going to run into a familiar face when they land, and it’s going to be someone also looking for the man who was no murdered. Will they find him before it’s too late?
Chad is living out his worst nightmare at the moment. His dead wife isn’t dead, but she was hiding herself for many months. She’s missed out on so many memories with her family, and it’s affecting her badly. They seem to want to work things out together, but they can’t get it together enough to do it. He’s fallen in love with someone else, and he can’t make it go away. It’s our opinion that if he can’t get Gabi off his mind even though his dead wife is back alive and well, he probably doesn’t love Abigail the way he thinks he does. Perhaps he does, but her disappearing act hurt him so deeply he can’t trust her anymore. True love prevails in a situation like this, and his wavering feelings tell us there is not going to be a happy ending for these two; but will Gabi have her chance at love with Chad?
