There will be no twisting and shouting like the well-known song in this coming episode of Scorpion. The team comes face to face with a deadly tornado while on a mission to recover the remains of fallen Marines in Vietnam. As Happy would say: Not good. Sylvester is staying behind to help Ralph with something. Perhaps it’s a competition of sorts at the young genius’s school and the human calculator is there to offer support.
In the clip below shown on CBS’s website (again, apologies in advance to my fellow Canadian readers and viewers), Walter and Paige are out in the field when the tornado came into their path. Paige was about to be sucked into the swirling vortex of cloud and air as Walter held onto her to prevent her from being taken by the tornado. As much as I want Walter to save Paige from the tornado, I half want to see the look on his face when he couldn’t hold on anymore and Paige would end up inside the tornado. It’ll be like something out of the movie Twister or whatever film that had killer tornados.
I also want to know how Team Scorpion will be able to stop the tornado from jeopardizing the lives of every team member. Somehow I don’t think that Barry Allen will be fast enough to run from one country to another and he’s the fastest man alive (no offense, Usain Bolt). It will truly be a battle between science and nature if they do manage to figure out a way to either lessen the tornado’s strength or divert its path somehow like changing tracks for an out of control train. Looking forward to watching on Monday!
Another thing I’m looking forward to is to see how Tim will fit in with the rest of the team now that he’s essentially a part of it thanks to Agent Gallo. Will the former soldier ask Paige out? Will the team liaison accept? How would Walter feel if this were to happen? Can Waige survive this potential rift in their relationship? Let it be Monday already!
