Veteran actor Jack Axelrod passed away on November 28, 2023. He was 93 years of age. Axelrod’s rep Jennifer Garland confirmed that the actor died in Los Angeles from natural causes.

Jack Axelrod was born on January 25, 1930, and began his journey in the entertainment industry while pursuing a unique combination of passions. After his passing, Axelrod’s rep Jennifer Garland released the following statement to Entertainment Weekly: “I had the pleasure of spending a lot of time with him in his last years, as he had no immediate family. We spent much time outdoors, where Jack loved to sketch, read news articles and recite Shakespearean sonnets.” Many fans of Axelrod also took to Twitter (now X) to honour the man.
