I wanted to celebrate the news that Sherlock season three is filming and should be out next fall/winter, and also that star Benedict Cumberbatch has also seemed to confirm a season four as well. I thought I’d hunt for some good GIFs from the show, but I found one character inspired more than the two central stars. That would be Moriarty, Sherlock’s foe who is somehow smarter than he is. He was only on the show for a very limited time, but made a big impression, and is one of the best villains I can ever remember seeing on TV. Here are some of his better moments:
