Young and the Restless fans are marginally pleased with the way things are going with Cane and Lily. They have their ups and downs, but the past few weeks has really shown some growth and progress for them. They seem to be in a really good place with one another, and they seem to really be enjoying the way their lives are going. We cannot help but wonder if they have a chance at really making it work over the course of the long run, but we do think there is a chance they can make it work if they really keep trying.
Lily is a bit distracted, however, with all that she’s learned about Hilary. Hil really did go out of her way last year to make Lily’s life miserable, and she’s not much of a fan of that. But she was there for Cane when he needed a friend in the hardest time of his life, and that was nice. However, finding out that Hilary is the one to blame for all of it was bad news, and she’s not letting it go.
We do wonder if this means she will focus on things that aren’t within her control. Is there a chance she will fail her own new-ish marriage by focusing on Hilary? She wants revenge — which we do get — but can she make this happen without much of a thought? We don’t know, but we do know there is a lot going on here that is interesting to everyone.
