Young and the Restless fans know that Abby and Scott are being held hostage by Zack, and they don’t seem to have much hope in their current situation. Oddly enough, however, it’s definitely Scott who is having the worst time with his situation. He’s more upset than Abby, and she’s turned things around to find herself in a position where she’s got to comfort him about all the things that they have going. She’s spending her time comforting him about things and that’s not where she wants to be.
She will assure him that her family will find them. Of course, he was helping her family do just that when he was taken and kidnapped, and that doesn’t make him feel much better about any of it. And that’s where we find ourselves in the middle of some serious life situations. With all that is going on and all that has changed for them, there is a lot of difference in this situation.
Abby will comfort him, but she might turn to resent him for being the one who has to remain strong during this ordeal. She might want to take a few moments of her own to break down, but she’s currently making this man feel good about their chance of survival, and she doesn’t seem particularly happy about it. What happens now when she’s got to be strong and doesn’t have a chance to let herself feel what is going on and how she’s going to get through this?
