Young and the Restless fans are surprised to see that Jack and Ashley have agreed to compete for what they both want. The fact that they are being nice to one another is always a little bit strange to us, but this is one of those situations that doesn’t seem to give us all the facts. We are almost certain that there has to be more here than what we are seeing, and we aren’t going to sit back and let this get to us. We know that things will work out for them in some way, but we also know that someone is going to have to win, and someone is going to have to lose. We assume Jack will win and Ashley will leave again, and that seems to be the only explanation that works for any of us. But, what do we really know?
Meanwhile, Devon is upset when he sees Elena. She has something that belonged to Hilary, and it makes him feel things he doesn’t really want to feel. He’s not in a place where he is feeling good about anything other than the fact that things don’t always work out in their favor, and we just don’t know what to say about it. There’s a lot at stake here, and we aren’t sure he can handle what is happening in his life. We think he reacted as well as can be expected, but we also think he has a lot of work to do to get past feelings like that. Meanwhile, we also know that Lauren is now out to find out what options she has, how they will work, and what she can do in her own future. She’s not that upset, but she is determined, and that makes her a little bit dangerous.

Devon is going to become closer to Elena, but to what extent? We know that he is unnerved by seeing her with some of Hilary’s things, and they have brought him back to a place that might not be the best place for him, but what will he do and how will he handle it? And will anyone see what is going on and step in to help him out a bit now that this is his reality? He’s going to do this and make some mistakes along the way, and we aren’t sure this is good for him, healthy for him, or going to work for him at all. He’s a fragile state of being right now, and he cannot handle what is about to happen to him. This is a dangerous situation, and we cannot help but wonder if there will be some bigger issues for him to deal with as the days go on. Can he handle what is happening?
Meanwhile, Victoria is going to make a decision to relax, which is not easy for her. Now that she knows that JT is alive and well, she’s scared again. He might claim that his brain tumor is making him do the horrible things that he did to her last year, but she doesn’t know what to believe, how to believe it, or what to do. She’s scared and nervous that he will come after her and try to kill her, and we aren’t entirely sure he will not do that.
