Urijah Faber is known for a couple of things. The first is obvious. This is a man who damages other men’s faces and bodies in the Octagon. Faber is one of the more dangerous MMA fighters of our generation. The other thing he’s known for? Well, in my circles he’s known for having a cleft that rivals John Travolta’s. I’m pretty sure that if I were to get into a fight with Faber’s cleft it would have me tapping out in about 6 seconds.
But there’s one thing that Urijah Faber is not known for. That would be his golf swing. Here’s a video of UFC legend Urijah Faber hitting some balls around with Cody Garbrandt at Topgolf in Vegas. Yes, he actually misses the ball completely, but I sure wouldn’t be the guy to make fun of him.
The only two people I’ve ever seen hit a golf ball worse than this are Charles Barkley and maybe Alex Ovechkin. It’s just so odd to me that athletes of this caliber can’t learn the mechanics of other sports. You’d really think they could but it’s pretty funny to watch how beyond awful they can be at other sports.
