The UK has been in and out of local and national lockdowns throughout the year due to COVID-19, resulting in people feeling a sense of isolation and disconnection from one another.
The team at Ken Bromley Art Supplies decided to do something to bring every region of the UK together in the form of a UK-wide truly socially distanced art project.
12 artists were handpicked to be involved to represent each region of the UK. The theme of the piece was ‘connection’, which was open to the interpretation of each artist. As the piece made its way around the country, each artist connected their contribution to the previous artist’s work to create one beautiful piece of art as a community.
The finished artwork is now being auctioned to raise money for charity on their website.
