The Five Best Kristen Stewart Movies of Her Career

How you feel as a person about Kristen Stewart has a lot to do with your own personal values and what you think of her own choices. But then if you’ve got an open mind and a greater perspective when it comes to people you get the feeling that whatever you say might not mean much in the long run. She did have a breakthrough in her career when she was younger, but to be honest the Twilight movies was where her fame really started to heat up, as did her love life. She was seen to date a couple of men, one of them being her costar Robert Pattinson, before she switched to dating women. When asked she admitted that she is bisexual and just wants to try everything. While there’s supposedly been a great deal of controversy surrounding her person throughout the last several years a good deal of it seems to have been built up levels that are quite ridiculous and aren’t really anyone’s business when it comes down to it.

With that being said, here are a few of the best movies from her career so far.

5. Snow White and the Huntsman

This is a much darker version of the Snow White legend as the Huntsman is still charged with bringing her heart back to the evil queen, but as in the Disney cartoon he can’t do it. Yet in this one the Huntsman actually joins Snow White and begins a campaign against the evil queen. In many ways this movie was great, but it didn’t get the best reviews for some reason, which is kind of confusing since it also seemed to empower women in a big way. Consider this, Snow White was no longer just the damsel in distress, she actually got into the fight at one point and was poised to do some damage.

4. Adventureland

This is what happens when you have too much fun and your parents decide to cut you off, you have to go to WORK. And it’s not just any job, is a soul-sucking, mind-numbing set of tasks that is basically set for people that don’t mind seasonal work and just need something, anything, to really get the idea of what it means to earn a paycheck and watch it go flying away when it comes time to pay bills. Oh yes, welcome to the working world and the uncertain world of serving others that don’t respect or care about your problems and will gladly walk all over you. It is kind of depressing when you think of it that way, but then you get to think that there’s enough people doing the same thing that at least you’ll have someone to talk to.

3. American Ultra

What happens when you train someone to kill and then erase his memory of anything that he learned in order to keep him safe. But when the trigger words are spoken and his training starts rushing back safe is the last word that anyone could possibly use when it comes to describing his suddenly out of control life. With two top CIA operatives vying over whether he’ll live or die Mike has to find a way to discover what’s going on with him all while trying to keep his girlfriend, who’s also an undercover operative, safe enough to propose to at the end of the movie. It’s actually a pretty interesting film.

2. Panic Room

The mere fact that a house would need a panic room brings to mind unnerving thoughts that the previous owner might have been a bit paranoid or else the neighborhood that the house rests in might not be that secure. There’s not a lot of middle ground between those two since these types of rooms have historically been to keep people out until help can arrive or simply because the person that insisted upon one didn’t want to be captured or otherwise harmed. This movie was kind of creepy simply for the fact that a panic room is there when you absolutely need it, and thinking that you might invites a lot of unwanted dangers that COULD happen.

1. Twilight

Before Team Edward and Team Jacob there was simply a movie that a lot of people thought might be a one-off and never come around again, but of course they were wrong. As a love story it drew a lot of people in and made teenage girls all over the world crazy with desire for the vampire that sparkled like diamonds in the sun. But as a movie franchise it went off like a rocket as the first movie and then the second were big hits while everything after that seemed designed to appeal to more than just teenage girls so as to keep the box office numbers up.

She’s had an interesting career so far.Twilight
