While Chris Hardwick and his “talking” series is going to be a year around thing, the Talking Dead episodes are more limited to the actual schedule of The Walking Dead. So just as The Walking Dead is having its season finale tonight, so too will Talking Dead. When Fear the Walking Dead returns in the summer, Hardwick will be back again but I think it’s safe to say tonight’s airing of Talking Dead will get it’s fair share of viewers. Why? Not only will it be the follow up to the finale but this is the last chance fans will have to see stars of the original show. But don’t forget, Talking Dead won’t air until 11:25 pm ET. So what can we expect on Talking Dead tonight?
Obviously there’s going to be plenty of analysis into the finale but we also have a heads up on who might be appearing on the show. According to Comicbook, these are the most likely players to drop by and speak with Chris Hardwick
Jeffrey Dean Morgan
Now that everyone is preparing for war, Negan is front and center once again. It’s honestly a perfect time for JDM to hop on Talking Dead.
Norman Reedus
Daryl is one of the biggest stars on the show, so it makes sense for Reedus to appear on any given episode Talking Dead. The fans love to hear what he has to say, whether he’s joined by JDM or not.
Scott Gimple
Gimple is in charge of the whole series, so he will have the most insight regarding the events of the episode, how the characters got to those places, and why many of the decisions were made. Following a big episode like the finale, there’s really no one better than Gimple to have on the show.
Only time will tell who appears tonight but hopefully all of us will be able to stay up and watch. 11:25pm is way past my bedtime.
