SDCC 2016: An Interview with Rick & Morty’s Justin Roiland

San Diego Comic-Con had tons going on and here at TVOvermind we were fortunate enough to get one on one interviews with the cast and creators of the hit adult animated cartoon, Rick & Morty. The press room for Rick & Morty featured show creators Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon as well as writer and voice actor, Ryan Ridley, and of course, the rest of the voice acting cast which includes Chris Parnell, Sarah Chalke, and Spencer Grammer.

Here we interviewed creator and voice actor of both titular characters, Justin Roiland. Roiland shed lots of light on his process behind voicing both Rick and Morty, his love for underrated comedian actor Andy Daly and the goofy randomness that the show can sometimes have. Despite being limited on time, it was a pleasure talking to Justin Roiland and gaining great insight into Rick & Morty.

Despite there being no official return date for Rick & Morty‘s third season just yet, Dan Harmon has teased that we might see the show return to Adult Swim by late 2016.

Watch the full interview below to find out additional information and be on the lookout for the rest of my San Diego Comic-Con 2016 interviews with the rest of the cast and crew!

Please excuse the video quality, the interview audio is still perfect.
