If you aren’t familiar with who Kevin Parry is, that’s OK but perhaps after watching this video you’ll be inclined to follow him on social media. Parry is a stop-motion animator at LAIKA (The Boxtrolls, Kubo). While there’s nothing particularly special about that, Parry’s picked up a very solid social media following. With over 195K followers on Instagram and nearly 6,000 subscribers to his Youtube page, I’d have to think he’s the most followed stop-motion animator in the world.
Recently Parry made a video that I happen to find extremely entertaining. We’ve seen videos of people demonstrating various singing styles, accents, rapping styles, you name it. However, I don’t think someone’s ever come up with a “100 walking styles” video before. I’m kind of surprised this video hasn’t gone viral yet. At 125,000 views it’s got a nice start but hopefully we can push this thing to a higher popularity.
