It looks like Jenny from the block and a former Bronx bomber have been seeing each other for a number of months. Wait a second. What happened to the whole Drake thing? Meh. I’m not even going to go into that. It’s been a banner year for A-Rod. The retired slugger just landed a broadcasting gig with FOX sports but he should be prouder of nothing than his new lady.
Former Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez are dating, Page Six has exclusively confirmed. A source said of the new power couple, “They have been seeing each other for a few months, and were together in LA this past weekend. They are really into each other because they have so much in common – from their Latin roots, to their love of New York, and their kids.” He was reportedly recently spotted backstage at one of Lopez’s Las Vegas gigs. Page Six exclusively reported that Rodriguez and his recent girlfriend, Silicon Valley CEO Anne Wojcicki, broke up after dating for just under a year.
It probably would have made much more sense if Rodriguez were dating Lopez while he was playing for the Yankees. Fans would have respected him a whole lot more with the public backing of J-Lo. It’s funny seeing this picture of she and Marc Anthony now isn’t it?
I still can’t stand A-Rod and the fact that he posed topless on a rock and posted it on social media. But I do understand that the world of athletes and stars like Jennifer Lopez isn’t like our world. A part of me is upset at this pairing but what the hell do I care? I’m not even in their atmosphere. All the best to the happy couple.
