Just something weird you got, maybe just a jumble of words that you go as spam or someone trying to translate it to english and it just being complete gibberish.

Someone claiming to be the police saying I have a ticket for speeding or something.
I have no license, no car.
My daughter got the same text.
I just laughed. Very poor attempt to scam people.
City police said they are aware of the scam.
