mine was a snap decision. I drew a huge bi flag out of chalk on our porch. our porch is wood so it took a week for it to wash away from rain lol.

Two of my lgbt activist friends were murdered. I had to go into hiding and therefore had no option but to tell my family. Their reaction: “oh we always knew you were gay!” Eventually I left the country. My family still doesn’t understand what being gay means but they love me unconditionally nonetheless!
