Falling… not the feeling of falling im talking about the feeling of impeding impact whilst your body freefalls with no power or control over whats happening… chilling thought

Fire. Specifically being burned.
My great-grandfather was burned to death by his nurse… and I have memories of her murder trial, and the last time I saw him alive before she did that to him… so yeah.

Darkness, closed spaces, spiders

Not succeeding. My parents always pressured me a lot, it made me super fearful of not graduating college, not getting a job, not becoming rich. I’ve been trying to teach myself that I can still be happy even if I don’t “succeed” conventionally, but the fear remains stuck in my head.

Not living independent… Age or illness stealing my independence

Growing old alone. I am 65 and do not make friends easily.

My biggest fear used to be servicing liquid oxygen into jet aircraft while wearing asbestos gloves. It boils at -497 degrees. If you throw a cricket in the overfill pan the cricket will freeze solid. If you step on one drop of it, it will blow the sole of your boot off.
