If one day you could just behave the way you wanted towards customers – without any consequence – what would you do/ say to that one customer that you always hated?

I’d say something like this: “Do you think the person that you’re talking to doesn’t have any feelings? Do you think you’re entitled to yelling and being a douche just because you bought something? I’m not even the company that you’re yelling at. **** off and fix it yourself.” And then I’d hang up.
