Many ideas sound brilliant in theory. Whether it’s a creative design, a unique DIY project, or a rather ambitious home makeover, the concept can seem promising before anyone brings it to life.
But of course, good ideas don’t always lead to good results. Poor planning, questionable decisions, or a lack of attention to detail can mess up the final product, as the following photos seem to show.
These images are from the Good Taste But Awful Execution subreddit and have caused a great deal of confusion online.
