General Hospital fans aren’t sure what to think about all that’s happening with Sam and Jason. Is there any hope for their marriage? When he is better, do they have a chance of making it work and making it right? Can they get past all that’s happened in their lives and all the things that Jason’s job and his loyalty to Sonny has cost them? We don’t know if he can handle what’s happening, but we do know there is always a chance they can get through to other people in their lives by making sure they are able to communicate.
But will they really shut Sonny out? Or will it be a more subtle situation? Will they just stop taking his calls and being there for him all the time? And will Sonny begin to understand this? He might already. He had a long talk with Sam last week, and we get the feeling he might know that he is not a good person to spend time with. He might already know loving him is dangerous.
Perhaps Sonny will sink into a big depression once he’s effectively lost all the things that are most important to him. He’s lost a son, his marriage is on the rocks, his stepdaughter hates him, his best friend is drifting away from him. Will he manage to get through this at the end of the day, or is there a chance he might sink further into a depression as he realizes that he’s done with the mob, too?
