General Hospital spoilers are always about the most dramatic things that might occur, and this time we’re talking about Sonny. He’s had a lot go on in the recent past, and he’s just finding it a bit difficult to bounce back from all that’s going on. We hear that Jason is going to find out from someone that a mortal enemy of Sonny’s is in town and looking to exact revenge, and he will be able to get the news to Sonny in time to save him. But who could it be? Who might want to take him down and see him dead? We have a list so long in our minds it’s not even normal to think about it. This is one man who cannot seem to get his life in order long enough to find a way to narrow that one day. we just know that Jason is going to save him, so fans have very little to worry about in terms of his life and what might happen with him. Sonny has a good friend in Jason, and he always finds a way to make sure he knows this.
