General Hospital Spoilers: Jason and Liz Battle Over Their Son’s Mental Health

General Hospital spoilers are always telling us the overview of what we can expect in the coming days, but this time we’re taking things a bit further and getting down and dirty with what we think is going to happen within a story line in the coming week. We all know that Jake, the son of Liz and Jason, is having some issues. We all know that Liz has several kids, they all have different daddies, and now she’s involved with Franco. Jason is Jake’s father, and he’s married to Sam and they are having kids of their own. Now we see that Jake has suffered some serious issues, and his mother believes he’s been brain washed by a book that his grandmother wrote. Everyone knows his grandmother is a pretty sketchy type, and that makes perfect sense to us. The only problem we see taking precedent right now is the one between Liz and Jason.

Franco took it upon himself to discuss his professional medical opinion with Jason about his boy. He wasn’t convinced keeping the mental issues and feelings Jake is having from his father was a good move, and he did this despite Liz’s insistence that Jason not be made aware of it. He took a risk, and now the situation has escalated. What we will see this week is a bitter battle between Liz and Jason as Sam wants to take some of the responsibility into her own hand. After all, Jake is her stepson and she wants a say in what is going on.

That is not going to make Liz very happy. This little boy is her own, and she doesn’t believe it’s fair of Jason to tell her that Franco cannot be involved in the situation when Jason is allowing his own wife to get involved. This is going to result in a bitter discussion between the two. Here’s what we think is going to happen. We think Liz is going to work hard to keep Jake’s medical information to herself and away from Jason. She’s mad now, and she’s not going to let that go. Is this a problem that will overtake the actual issue at hand, which is a little boy with serious mental issues in need of help? Or can they work together?
