General Hospital fans know very well Sam could die. No one has a clue what’s going on with her, who she is, or what is happening to her. She’s got a big mess to deal with, and she’s got some issues to work through. We don’t know what is going on with her, but we do know that she could die. And we do know it could be soon. We haven’t any real confirmation of that, but her doctors cannot find a thing wrong with her, and we want to know if she will live.
If she does, will she remember her issues? And will she remember what happened with Sonny? Will she be the one to not only shove him injured and dying into that hole but also to save his life? If she remembers, will her husband be able to get past what she did? Jason is Sonny’s best friend. And he won’t want to know that his wife tried to kill him.
If it all comes out — and it will — can Jason forgive his wife? Will he realize that it’s not his wife doing these things but some sick and demented form of his wife? We don’t know if he can forgive her for trying to kill his bestie. Besides that, we don’t know how much longer it will be before he’s able to be rescued, so that makes a big difference, too. Neither Sam nor Sonny will die, but will Jason have to choose one over the other?
