General Hospital fans know that Nathan and Dr. O have a strange history. He showed up years ago thinking that his aunt was his mother only to find out that his aunt is his mother. Does that make since? His aunt, Liesl Obrecht, turned out to be his mother. That means his sister Nina is actually his cousin, and he was given the chance to learn that his aunt was his mother. It was a messy situation. She didn’t want his presence in her son’s life all those years ago.
She stated that Faison was her son’s father, and that Nathan is the son of this horrible man. She kept it hidden from Faison for so long because she’s not Anna and she thought he would reject this child. She didn’t want that for her son, so she took care of that. Now that so many other things are happening in the life of Nathan and his mother and the people she’s hurt over the years, it turns out that Faison is back and he’s mad.
And he’s mad at Liesl. She lied. She made up stories, she created false medical records, and she ruined his life in his mind. It doesn’t matter to him that he’s a hardcore murdering criminal. All that matters is she lied to him and made a fool of him, and he is not a fan of that. So she’s going to pay, and we think he is here to make sure that happens to her.
