General Hospital fans know that Jason and Drew aren’t the best of friends. They are twin brothers who had no idea the other existed their entire life, and they are now in the middle of one of the most dramatic story lines imaginable. Rather than coming together and bonding over their life apart and the fact that someone has done this to them, they are focusing on being angry with one another. Drew doesn’t like that he is Drew. He wants to be Jason. He was Jason for so many years, but he’s not, and he’s not happy about that.
And then there is Jason. He’s not happy that he spent years in captivity having his brain probed while someone else was living his life — even if that someone else was his twin brother who was completely innocent of knowing that this was a real thing happening in his own life. So they’re not happy with one another, and they’re focusing on all the wrong things.
And that leads us to this — they have to find the time to bond with one another, but they’re not doing it. Instead, we are going to see this week bring them yet another problem that won’t make things any easier on them. It’s just another long week of watching them as they are pitted against one another yet again as they fight to make things right. Will it work? We doubt it. They can’t get their lives together enough to make it work.
