Faizon Love Amazingly Pleads Not Guilty After Tossing a Guy in an Airport

Yesterday I reported on the fact that Faizon Love was arrested and held in the Franklin County jail on Tuesday night and later charged with assault after he argued with a John Glenn Columbus International Airport valet.  Although arguing was really only part of the incident.  After about 30 seconds of “arguing” Love then decided to toss around this employee in a scene that would be reminiscent of a bear attack.   Seriously, Love just threw this guy around like a rag doll.    Need a reminder?

WBNS-10TV reports that the victim suffered a cut above his eye from the altercation. John Moore, Love’s defense attorney, told the news station that the actor’s car had been parked at the airport for a couple of months as he traveled to different jobs.  If convicted Love could face up to 6 months in jail and pay a $1000 fine.

Wait a sec, not guilty?  Not guilty of what exactly?  Has Faizon Love’s lawyer seen the video?  How they’re possibly going to legally put in a plea of “not guilty” is beyond coherence.  I don’t care what these two were arguing about, you don’t just toss a human being like that no matter what the circumstance unless you’re prepared to suffer the consequences.  This is like someone in the NBA punching a fan because the fan told him a “your momma” joke and then pleading not guilty.
