It seems like Frozen has been everywhere over the past couple of years, after it initially made its theatrical during that one fateful winter that would make it the highest grossing animated film of all time. The film even invaded TV screens with its own special on ABC before the characters of Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and even Sven the reindeer made their way on to Once Upon a Time. However, I don’t think anyone could have predicted that Frozen would ever combine with Breaking Bad, but it happened when this hilarious video, entitled “Do You Want to Build a Meth Lab?” (a parody version of Frozen‘s “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?”), hit the web. Sure it’s been over a year since it’s popular rise, but if we post this each year for the next 20 years I won’t be upset.
The video (which you can find for yourself below) focuses on the relationship between Breaking Bad‘s Walt and Jesse and goes from their earlier, happier days of cooking meth (you guys remember how much fun Season 1 of Breaking Bad was?) to the darker days of the show’s fourth and fifth seasons, chronicling all the major events that got us there, including Walt letting Jane die, Jesse shooting Gale, and Gus’s explosive death.
After being over-saturated with Frozen videos, from countless covers of “Let It Go” to “Do You Want to Go to Chipotle?” (which is now making me crave a burrito), it’s good to see that there’s at least one parody of the film out there that can’t still make me laugh.
