Days of Our Lives fans are always excited to delve into what might happen in a new week, but we have to ask ourselves a question or two about what we already saw happen. Jennifer is first on our mind. She found letters. Lots of letters. Letters from Eric to Nicole expressing his sorrow and his unhappiness that he was the one who killed Daniel due to drunk driving. He spent a lot of time writing these letters and making sure that he was able to spend some time expressing his grief — but he was unable to send them.
There doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with writing letters like this, but Jennifer seems to disagree. She seems to feel that there is a big problem with it. All she sees when she looks at these letters is the love Eric once felt for Nicole and the sorrow he feels for hurting her so deeply so many times and in so many ways. What could he possibly do to make this pain and hurt she’s suffering go away?
Jennifer is crushed, but she seems to get it. Jennifer and Eric were together for a very long time before their relationship came to an end, and they have had a lot to think about and work on in the history of their relationship. Now they have to deal with everything else, and we know what will happen. But do we know what will happen? There are so many questions we have.
