Days of Our Lives fans are not surprised to see Sonny spending so much time dreaming of Will. He’s been through so much in the past few months. As his wedding to Paul approaches, he can’t help but wonder what might have happened if his previous marriage had worked out. He was married to Will and he was happy. He was in a place where the love of his life was killed, and he has no choice but to spend some time focusing on what happened in the past.
He’s dreaming of his ex, and this is certainly not something we think that Paul would appreciate if he knew. We know that things aren’t good for him right now with all the anxiety and stress he has after all that happened, but will he begin to see this as a sign perhaps he should not marry Paul? We certainly hope not. This is one couple who has been through so much together and remained so strong because of it, and we want to see them continue to do this.
There is no reason for Sonny to get so worked up over this, but we know it won’t work out like that. Will is on his way back to town even though he’s dead — and that’s the rumor. And there is no reason to suspect this will be something Paul appreciates. In fact, it’s going to cause more stress and chaos in his life than anyone ever imagined. It’s not easy for them to focus on anything right now but their lives.
