It’s a day of fear and sadness in Salem as things get a little bit crazy on Days of Our Lives. Friday brings with it a few moments in which we will see that Kayla is recovering from her surgery. So far she seems to be recovering nicely, but there is some question as to how well she is going to end up when she’s out of the hospital. That is not, however, what we are focused on at the moment. What we are focused on is the fact that right now Steve is spending as much time as he possibly can with his wife. He’s horrified that her health is in question, and he just wants to be with her. He’s never wavered in his feelings for her, but she’s not able to get over what he did with Ava in order to save her. It’s been a dark year for these two with all that’s gone on, and all we want is to see them forgive and forget. Do you think that her recovery will be enough for them to realize that they belong together?
At the moment, Clyde is torturing Kate. She’s terrified, and the entire town is on edge now that they know there are three dangerous criminals wandering around looking to exact revenge on pretty much everyone they’ve ever crossed paths with. Kate is in serious danger, and it’s up to Chad to save her life. He cannot do anything at the moment, but he has to sit back and wait for the moment to present itself. The opportunity has to be nothing short of perfect, and he’s biding his time waiting patiently to do what he needs to do.
Right now everyone is dealing with the fallout from the prison escape, and it’s up to everyone to band together to get these three men locked back up and off the streets. Salem has never been more dangerous than it is right now, and it’s been a difficult week watching as everyone seems to be in danger. Will they be able to pull through, or will it be too late?
