Days of Our Lives fans are not going to like what’s happening to JJ. We can all agree that we don’t think any of the choices that Lani has made in the last few months have been good. She’s clearly someone who puts her own needs and her own feelings first, and she’s got a warped sense of protection for people like JJ. She claims to love him and want to be with him, but she’s the first one to blame him with things go wrong, and she’s never got his back.
In fact, she’s never been as into him as he has been into her. We can see it in her body language, in the way she treats him, and in the way she behaves around Eli. She’s not the person he wants to marry, but she’s also someone who has been lying to him so long he’s not sure what is happening.
Now that more people know what is going on with the baby and her lies, it certainly won’t be much longer before he finds out, too. And it will crush him. Because if nothing else, he’s a good person who wants to turn his life around after what happened to him in his life last year. He will not be able to handle this well after the depression he was in, and she has no one to blame but herself. She should have been honest immediately.
