It sounds like the woman in the background seems to think that bears trying to get into their hammock is cute as she thinks they’re trying to relax. If that hammock got ripped to shreds however they might not think it was so cute. But seeing as how the younger cubs went off with their mother after getting flipped out of the hammock it could be construed as pretty funny. Wild animals do the strangest things sometimes, but it’s usually in response to things they don’t understand and not really intentional. But when they do such things and get captured on camera while doing it a lot of people think it’s worth the laugh.
They’re not wrong. Wild animals can be pretty cute and even comical when they come into contact with human items, but when they come into contact with humans it’s usually a different thing unless they’re in a decent mood. Some wild animals are better to never be approached, while others might be okay now and again so long as the person remembers that they are dealing with a wild animal and not a domesticated pet. The dog that could be heard in the background obviously wanted a piece of the bears, but it’s probably a good thing that the owners didn’t let the dog out. Bears aren’t always known to back down, but sometimes they will run when a dog decides to get aggressive. Other times, as perhaps in this occasion when a mother is with her cubs, it might be an instance in which the dog would be better served by being restrained. Bears after all are under no obligation to ‘play nice’ when it comes to their own personal safety. Without any real need for restraint a bear could tear a dog apart fairly easily. But a lot of times they will run since they can be kind of skittish. In this case however it was probably wise to hold the dog back.
Too many people seem to think that wild animals are cute, but thankfully a lot of them won’t even bother to go near them since they do understand that cute or not, they can be absolutely vicious. That’s nature really, it’s not nice and it’s not kind, and it teaches animals that trust goes only so far as offspring and possibly one’s mate. After that it really depends on the species as to whether they congregate in a pack or not. Bears seem to be solitary creatures for the most part but will be seen with others now and again. But a mother with her cubs is a good reason to stay away no matter how big and tough you think you are. Most animals are after all naturally equipped with claws, teeth, and a durability that most humans can’t match.
But yes, the antics of bear cubs can be very cute, especially when the hammock dumps them out and they have the look of those that have no idea what just happened or why.
