BossLogic is at it again and has brought forth these stunning representations of what certain actors might look like placed into roles that could be awesome for them. This Fantastic Four fan art is something that you can help but hope would be a prelude to seeing a movie about the famed foursome that might actually be worth talking about this time. Reed Richards played by John Krasinski would be perfect since Reed was always kind of an academic but not much of a fighter. But in the comics he was still just as buff as everyone else, as John obviously is. His part would be that of the brain and the thinker of the group, as well as the almost absent-minded individual that doesn’t always have his eyes on the road ahead since he’s thinking ten miles down that same road in several different directions.
Sue Storm is to many people the sex appeal of the Fantastic Four but it has to be realized that she’s not just that, but she’s also much more. She’s the love interest of Reed but she’s also just as intelligent and yet also plays the balancing point for Reed as well. While they’re both smart she’s a lot wiser than Reed in many ways as she used to be the one that would offer up caution and the need to tread carefully before moving forward with anything. Where Reed is all academic and wants to keep moving forward Sue is driven by more emotion. Seating Emily Blunt in this movie would make a perfect pairing with her husband John since it’s been seen that they’re already rocking A Quiet Place.
Zac Efron would be perfect as Johnny Storm as he has the right kind of attitude and the flair that is needed for the character. There’s no other way to put it, he can be the arrogant and egotistical jerk that Johnny’s been known as for so many years. Whether he would say yes to such a role would be interesting to see since it seems like this would be perfect for him. Nothing against Chris Evans and Michael B. Jordan, but Efron is seriously the cocky kind of guy that would work for the role.
John Cena as Ben Grimm, aka The Thing, would be kind of iffy. There are a lot of big guys that could possibly play this role but they’d need someone that could play the role of Ben as well, and be believable when it comes to being Reed’s best friend, albeit a long-suffering one. The most current appearance of Ben Grimm in the last Fantastic Four movie just wasn’t all that believable since Grimm is supposed to be a bigger guy that looks over Reed and watches out for him. He’s not stupid by any means but he’s definitely big, that’s for certain.
This would no doubt be a great movie if it can be put together, but the chances don’t seem too good unless wiser heads prevail.
