The Bold and the Beautiful fans know that it was Brooke who told Hope all about the proposal that Bill had for Steffy. She confided in her stepmother about this because she thought she could trust her and she needed someone she could talk to about all of this. And she needed to talk through her feelings about the entire situation. But now she’s about to find out that Liam knows about the proposal and all that it entails, and she knows where that information came from.
We know Hope is going to tell him, and we know Steffy will be furious. She will be mad not only at Hope, but also at Brooke for betraying her. She told her this in confidence, and she did not expect that her stepmother would go out and share this information with her daughter and betray her to another woman who also has feelings for her own husband.
Steffy’s fury is second to none these days, but Hope will work very hard to convince her that all her anger is misplaced and that it belongs elsewhere. She’ll tell her that there is very little she can do about this, but she can work on finding out what is going on in another manner. She thinks Steffy could take a little more time to be mad at Bill for causing all these problems than with her and her mother for being the bearers of bad news and stories she didn’t want Liam to know.
