There’s no simple answer. It all depends on how you look at things. You could say she’s doing the right thing by wanting to tell Eric that his wife and son are in the middle of an affair and that’s why his son’s fiancé left him. It’s not fair for him to sit around trusting the people he loves the most and being angry with others for things that aren’t a real problem. You could say that there are things happening in this man’s life he needs to know. And you could say that Katie is the only person willing to tell him, and good for you.
Or you could say that Katie is not doing the right thing. If Quinn and Ridge stop seeing each other and stick with it, it’s not like they did anything more than make out a few times here and there. It’s not right at all, but it would crush Eric. His wife and son? Is a kiss here or there worth destroying an entire family? That’s a big question, and a loaded one. We’re surprised to hear how many people would rather not ruin a family over this. It’s not what many people consider worthwhile. Frankly, we think that she should tell Eric about it. He’s surrounded by people who clearly have no respect for him, and finding out now is probably for the best.
