The Bold and the Beautiful fans know that Steffy and Hope are struggling to carry on a conversation. They both loved Liam — and might still both love him — but only Steffy is having a baby with him. Steffy believes that Hope might be someone that wants to get back with Liam and he might allow that. Hope believes that no matter what happens with Liam in life, he will always go back to Steffy. It’s in her mind that these two will always find their way back to one another no matter what kind of horrible and ugly things they do to one another — and we don’t disagree.
They have a very toxic relationship that we can’t do much about, and we can’t even begin to believe that they can find a way to make this right in their own lives. We can’t even begin to feel that they have much to offer anyone but themselves, and we can’t even begin to imagine a conversation between them.
So what we do know is this; they have a long way to go before they are able to focus on anything but what they want with one another. They are going to carry on this conversation, and it’s going to be very ugly. It’s going to be one that doesn’t go very well, and Steffy will be very shocked to hear how frank Hope is about what has happened to them in the past and what she sees as reality.
