The Bold and the Beautiful fans know that love happens around here. It happens all the time. It happens with people who don’t see it coming. It happens all the time for some people (need we say Brooke’s name around here?) and we know that sometimes it lasts. Sometimes, though, it doesn’t last. Actually, it doesn’t last for most people. They fall in love for a quick moment, and then they don’t fall in love anymore. But, that’s not the problem for some people. The problem is that they don’t get their way, and that is what upsets them the most. And, right now, we can see that 2019 has brought about a lot of new couples. It’s also brought many who don’t know that they can make it. They might think so right now, but we predict that there are more than a few couples who don’t seem to be strong enough to make it through the rest of the year.
Brooke and Ridge
They’ve been married a while now, but we suspect they will end up divorced before much longer, and it will all have to do with their kids. They just aren’t the kind of couple who can make it last and make it work with one another when they put their adult kids first. They are always too involved in the marriages and relationships and personal issues their kids are going through, and that puts a huge strain on their marriage. This year, however, we suspect they have a lot more going on than we want to focus on. They are not going to make it through what Thomas and Hope will go through. If he can trick her into marrying him and then the truth comes out, it will crush so many people. Brooke will never forgive her husband for his son’s actions, and their personal end will come crashing down in the middle of whatever else is going on. Brooke will find another man right away – because what else does she do?
Flo and Wyatt
These two are not in a good place, but they don’t know it. Well, she knows it. He has no idea. She is back after being out of his life for a long time, and he dumped his girlfriend for her. Well, his mother encouraged that, and it was something that he should have let go. He and Sally will end up back together. We just don’t like Flo and her pretend victim personality. She is the one who was perfectly happy to agree to pretend to be the mother of the baby that Steffy adopted so that Reese could make a bunch of money and repay some debts, and now she’s got to live with the fact that the baby she lied about belongs to her new boyfriend’s brother. And she’s a wreck about it, but she’s pretending she is not. She’s even managed to convince herself that this is not her fault and there is nothing she can do. The moment Wyatt finds out what she lied about the baby and pretended that Hope and Liam’s baby — who she lied about being dead — was her own so that she could sell it to Steffy, he is out. He will never forgive that.
Xander and Zoe
They both know the truth about baby Phoebe/Beth, and they are not handling it well. He thinks that the truth should be spoken, and he is not wrong. However, he is not telling the truth. He is doing what she asks against his own will, and it’s turning into an ugly situation. However, we know that there is very little that will change this situation for anyone. When they finally get the truth out there, they will already be too damaged. He doesn’t like lying and keeping things, and he’s not sure they can get through this. They are fighting. They have some serious strain. And the truth will destroy them when the lie doesn’t do it. There’s so much going on here, and it’s not going to make much of a difference. They cannot survive this, and we think that they both already know this is the truth about their life.
