At not just a few, but ALL of Ben & Jerry’s locations you have the opportunity to get yourself a free ice cream cone. Between the hours of 12pm (which is right now) and 8pm, find yourself a Ben & Jerry’s because it’s “Free Cone Day!” According to the Ben & Jerry’s website the company is asking you to RSVP to the event on their Facebook page. P.S. no one is going to be checking the page for your RSVP so don’t worry about it.
Of all the crazy holidays we have here in the United States, “Free Cone Day” is a day I can certainly get behind. The only issue I have with a day like this is that the lines outside of stores are going to be insane. So insane that I’m just not sure it’d be worth it. I might rather just wait until the grocery store is having a sale on Ben & Jerry’s. Honestly, how much is your time worth to you? What if you have to wait for over an hour just to get your free cone? Think about it. Is it worth an hour of your time? Clearly not.
Then again, I have a wife who isn’t working today and if she doesn’t stop at a location and get me a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cone I’m going to be pretty angry. Good luck out there folks. Enjoy the free ice cream!
