Days of Our Lives fans cannot believe that Marlena is going through so much the week after her wedding. The gunshot wound she suffered from is one she is finding it difficult to come back from, and things like that don’t always make a huge difference in a short time. John has been keeping vigil by her bedside when she’s been asleep following her surgery, and he’s been hoping for the very best. Things are not working out well for them as newlyweds, but things are making a comeback for many others. His heart is nothing short of crushed, and he is working on things as they are. He has to find a way to make sur they are able to get their lives back in order, and he’s hoping that Valerie can save the woman he’s loved so long. He’s not sure that she will make it, but he knows that Valerie is the best doctor and the best case for his wife to make it through.
Fans are crushed, and we cannot forget the devastating effect of what is going on with Steve. He’s gone. He’s in jail, and Kayla cannot do anything for him. So many favorites are disappearing this week, and it’s been horrible for us to watch this all go down and for all of us to see how this is all playing out. We cannot help but wonder if there is a way for us to see things as they are working out for others, or if we need to sit back and watch them fall apart while we mourn? With Steve gone, there might only be so much we can handle at this point. If Marlena dies, fans might just boycott this show and never watch again. It’s too many vital losses in the same week.

Oooooh, if Hope saw this…except we have a good feeling that they all run their lines together when they go to work in the morning. We’d be willing to bet she just smiles and joins them as they work on their life situation together. We like it. We aren’t mad at it. It’s fun to see Sami and Rafe getting along in real life without all that silly old drama.

As the week comes to a close, we all wonder what will happen in certain situations. There is a lot happening with Marlena and John at this point, and there’s not much we can do but sit back and watch this all unfold. We know that Will has his memory back, and he’s informed everyone in his life. Paul is in dire conditions. Sami is a mess. Hope and Rafe have to work through their issues, Ciara and Ben just won’t quit, and everyone is just having a rough week. Kayla will continue to face her new reality, and fans have to do the same with her. Now that Paul knows Will has his memory back, will that influence any of his future decisions, and will he be all right in the long run?
Furthermore, we also have to deal with the fact that Belle has some big news to share with her brother, and Eric is not expecting what she is bringing to the table. This man has been through so much right now, and it’s been something he cannot even handle. He will find out what his sister has to say, and he might not like what it means for him. Between her and Jennifer, he’s learning all kinds of things he didn’t know in the past, and that’s not something he was prepared for in this capacity. He’s been going through so much, and it almost feels to us as if he cannot catch a break and find any happiness in his own life.
