The premiere of Smash did well for NBC, bringing in 11.4 million viewers total and a 3.8/10 rating. By all accounts, the show is a hit. Which is a good thing because with the role of Marilyn being filled in the next episode, we’ve certain the drama will be heating up.On February 27, Nick Jonas of “The Jonas Brothers” will be making a guest appearance on Smash, in an episode titled “The Cost of Art”. Jonas will be playing Lyle West, a hot sitcom star who started his career as a child actor in a Broadway show written by Tom (Christian Borle) and directed by Derek (Jack Davenport). Angelica Houston’s character Eileen will be approaching Lyle in hopes that he’ll invest in the Marilyn musical. Jonas will most definitely be performing during his appearance.Tony Award winner Bernadette Peters and actress Uma Thurman will both also be appearing in upcoming episodes of the show.
