What. The Hell. Just. Happened?!?!?!
Last night’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills gave us the most crazy dinner party since Teresa’s table toss from season one of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. While no tables were thrown this time around, psyches were scarred and psychics attacked. It was a bag of mixed nuts and no one left unscathed in some sort of fashion.
Let’s begin with the hostess: Camille Grammer. She knew what she was setting up as soon as the morsel of an idea for a dinner party sparked in her head. She had D.D. as her co-conspirator, but conjured up THE Allison DuBois, who the recently cancelled show Medium is based on, as her attack dog, not expecting what was to come. While prepping for the party, Camille told Taylor beforehand that Allison could be a bit much once she gets a lot of alcohol in her. So what does Camille do? She makes the most alcohol infused cocktail known to man and serves it to Allison on a silver platter; basically, pressing the “Detonate” button on a time bomb. Later when the stage was set, Camille decided to get the ball rolling by going after Kyle’s plus one, Faye Resnick, by calling her out on a Playboy job Faye had done awhile back. Then all hell broke loose.
While most of the women were bickering (Lisa and Adrienne kept their mouths shut during most of the argument), the
clear standout in the fracas was Allison, who went total Linda Blair in “The Exorcist” on the women by spewing such hate and bile that people are still collecting their wits afterwards. It was as if Allison had channeled all of Camille’s anger and magnified it, or better yet, she was Camille’s anger personified, which could be just as lethal it seems. Then there is the whole deal with Allison’s e-cigarette, which trumps Cynthia’s friend contract from Sunday night’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, hands down. That thing was too much and signified Allison’s eligibility to either draw a monthly check or be certifiably crazy. The experience was pretty traumatizing, but that’s just the half of the iceberg.
While Kyle, Camille, Faye, and Allison were throwing insults and screaming at each other, Kim mentioned Taylor’s name into the argument and then those two went at it again, making the situation even worse. Lisa was shooting daggers at Allison the entire time, while Adrienne was ready to leave from the time they sat at the table. It took Taylor to scream, “Enough!” to get the women out of their bickering trance and haul Kyle, Adrienne, Lisa, and Kim out of the Dinner From Hell. Even after the dinner, Allison kept up the craziness, with e-cig in tow for good measure.
So again, Camille set the entire thing up. Did she know the dinner would transpire the way it did? Maybe not, but it still doesn’t get her off the hook for setting up the ill-intent gathering in the first place. I just wish Kyle hadn’t taken the bait in Allison’s line of “don’t get me started,” because that was what really sent things into motion and unleashed the Hound of Hell, which will haunt a lot of people for days now. I’m still trying to connect the dots to who said what to set Allison off, but one thing is for sure: I will never be able to look at the show Medium the same way again. It was that traumatizing.
Other things that stuck out after the Dinner Party were the women sending Kim off in one limo while the rest of them went clubbing. This was plausibly explained on Watch What Happens Live! by Kyle, who cited geographical reasons for the seeming brush off of her older sister, albeit the entire thing still looked hella shady. Next, comes Camille’s claim of Allison being able to tell you things you don’t want to hear in public. Um, like your impending divorce, Camille? If Ms. Medium herself didn’t tell you that in advance then she’s not only a bad friend, but a seriously bad psychic as well.
Lastly, there’s the “apology” Camille gave Kyle during Watch What Happens Live! last night, which raised a plenty of eyebrows and sly glances on the set. It seemed genuine, but with these women you can never tell. Maybe Camille got riled up from all the karma tweets appearing on Twitter and wanted to clear all the bad energy around her. Who knows?

OMG! What an episode that was. Camille totally set the whole thing up. Allison was her "knife" and she stuck it in everyone's back. So much for "The Medium" being all loving and all caring. If the show had not already been canceled, it would have been after that party. Will the real Allison DuBois stand up? And I'm with you Mark, how good is a physic that can't tell her friend that the big "D" in in HER future, not her friends. Hmmmm. The looks on Camille's face as things unfolded told the entire story. She set it all up and was loving every minute of it. Poor Kelsey.
now I'm sure that Kelsey moved on to someone more mature. What is she, 27 or 28? Either, or. I'm sure she has way more class and maturity than Camille.
Camille is pathetic at best. A beautiful face and body does not make a beautiful woman. The instance I saw Kelsey and his new lover it was apparent that Camille MUST be one nasty person for him to have left her for her. I mean really? I believe Camille is as nasty as she is beautiful and let's face it she is gorgeous on the outside so………………………….
Damn, Russell is filing for bankruptcy? There goes my argument that RHOBH is bankruptcy proof… Maybe if he hadn't pooled a couple of million dollars into that other woman's movie business venture, they wouldn't be joining the ranks of Teresa, and The Real Housewives of Orange County.
this was the most cringe worthy eps i had ever witnessed, it pissed me the f!ck off and in a bad way. allison clearly reverted camille's inability to keep her husband on kyle. smh

Kyle has a strong spirit that rings true. I didnt understand Allisons hateful reading of Kyle being a cheerleader.blah blah blah.. Her channels were mixed up. She was reading someone else in that room. Herself? A retched demon lives in Allison.

I agree – I would only add that Camille planted her two PAID soldiers beside her. She does not have friends that are not on her payroll. She is beyond an ungracious hostess; she is utterly useless. You could not pay me enough to spend an evening with her.
As for Alison Dubois… What a drunk, angry mess. I would die if I saw myself behaving like that – she should crawl into a very dark hole and stay there.
How sad that Camille affected Kyle's husbands lively hood. Camille is a captial B with no substance.
Joey D. I appreciate your 'troll under bridge' theory. Good God Almighty! That episode flippd me the hell out!! (A hard thing to do.) I was at home in front of TV with my mouth agaped! I was screaming, 'someone wake the heck up!! Stop this Mad woman from spewing more bile all over you ladies!!" Finally, one of the Stepford Wives of Beverly Hills woke up out of her botoxed trance and screamed " ENOUGH ALREADY!!"

This is going t sell and make money for a very long time. Way to go BRAVO. A script couldnt have been written any better. I can see it now, everyone is going to latch on to this one… strap your seat belts kiddies.. heheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.. yikes.. I need a scalding hot shower now…
That episode was awesome. So many times previews will show something scandalous and then it turns out to be nothing. No preview could have done that episode justice. I only wish it had been twice as long. When I wasn't watching with my mouth agape I was laughing uproariously. This is exactly what i want from the Housewives. So much fun.

yes indeedy devivice. one has to wonder what was home life REALLY like… as she 'steps out of the shadows of her famous husband to let her own light shine'. I do wonder who is that guy she is always drooling over. ON CAMERA. Her so called friend. She says 'Is it so hot in here or is it my friend' (sorry, cant think of dudes name.. lol).
Speaking of male friends, whose the kato that lives with Lisa?? BevHills, is that where to get a free place to live if your a guy? lol…
As you said Mark, I can never look at "Medium" the same as before. The character on that show would have never exhibited such awful behavior! Patricia Arquette plays DuBois as a lady, and quite an intelligent lady at that. The real DuBois is nothing like her character, although she should definitely strive to raise herself up to that level. As to the "ladies" leaving Kim to go home in a limo herself, how rude! I don't care about logistics or whatever Kyle was spewing on "What Happens Live!" what she did to her sister was downright mean and unforgiving. It would be a long time before I would talk to my sister if she did that to me. Of course, my sister would never do such a mean thing.
That whole thing was a complete set up by crazy insane Camille and it was glaringly obvious. She set up the "guest medium" who knew all of the history as Camille sat there and lied that she had not been informed beforehand about what happened in New York. The pre-set of "Oh gee, I hope Allison doesn't drink too much" was so calculated, and everybody could see that. Camille is a nut case! She drops the bomb and then sits back and acts like she is innocent and being attacked by others. In reality, she is in need of some serious therapy. She is that crazy, that she actually thinks she pulled one over on viewers. Come on. I know that watching this show does make us seem like idiots, but can't the producers try to bring it up to some level of acceptable intelligence? The really sad part is that Camille surrounds herself with sycophants who feed her craziness because they all have something to gain by associating with her.
Unfortunately, this is exactly what Hollywood life is really like. These people all live in a bubble, and their lives revolve around who says what about whom, what they are wearing to the next gala and their next shopping spree. The reality is that this lifestyle will not last and the emptiness of their lives will eventually be revealed. The plastic world will eventually come to an end and then where will they be?
I watched the show and was amazed all I could think of was the Countess singing ''Money Can't Buy You Class" she is soooooooooo right. As for Camille the more I see of her the less I like her she is a manipulative person and her friend Allison needs to see a therapist.
Does anyone find it strange that THE Allison Dubois was in this episode and yet she was never mentioned in any of the promos for it? Any idea why?

Gee, I wonder why! I mean, how in the world does someone get over something like that?? There isnt going to be an easy out (if at all) for this gal. She had an engagement to show up in Tucson after that dinner party aired. OH LORDY! You all should see what they wrote. phewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww….. they wrote exactly everything we all here wrote. People are dismembering her from every angle … what a mess.

Yes! Camille was thrilled by their sudden outburst. And, Taylors hubby indeed has something hes hiding, more than the mere fact he hates camera's in his home all the sudden. I imagine that would create alot of tention. Recall Taylor explaining how she got her hubby: 'Taylor ran after HIM to win him over, but now he runs everything. When he says its time to go, they have to go no matter how much Taylor is enjoying herself'. Lisa said, 'OH NO! I wanted to hear how Taylors hubby would crawl over glass to get win Taylors hand in marriage. Thats how a man should marry'. Gawd! I loved that, and its sooooooo true. JMO.

I think you wrote your take on the show perfectly. The situation was preplanned by Camile and her two minions. Ms. Allison has a serious drinking problem. So much of a drinking problem that Camile even mentioned it beforehand to some of her friends. Camile knew exactly what she was doing and this only shows how desperately she needs some counseling and therapy. To orchestrate such harm against other human beings is frightening at best. If she is able to to do this to others, what is to stop her from physically harming another person? Her home was beautiful, the food wonderful, but the constant alcohol throughout the evening was not. All of them had too much to drink with those beverages she was serving. It looked just one beverage would put most under the table. They all drank far too much and some were even stumbling as they left. The agruments continued throughout the rest of the evening. Well ladies, if you thought you could trust Camile before, you have to know you cannot now. I feel for Kelsie Gramer. He must be mortified and at the same time desperate to get Camile help. She truly believes that everyone is jealous of her. Maybe if she sees herself on last nights show it will make her realize how much she truly needs some help.
Back to Ms. Allison, in our world many share her gifts. It is extremly important to never cause harm with your gifts. The way she spoke like she was omini powerful because of her gifts. That she knew when Kyle would die and what would happen to her family etc. was more than evil. She spoke the words as if she could actaully cause harm to happen to Kyle. Well it just does not work that way. I have really enjoyed the show that was supposed to be Allison's life story. Her character is portrayed as having discretion, compassion, morals and ethics. Her entire being is portrayed as only the highest of good for everyone and everything. Someone must have rewrote the script. That character on the show is not the Allison in real life that we all saw the other evening. She is exactly the opposite of that. How sad it is that such a good show has to be harmed or mared because of the real Allison. As stated before, many people have Allison's gift and have not learned how to manage all of the information and visions that they see. Many will seek to escape in unhealthy ways like drinking and drugs. Ms. Allison has an alcohol problem. Anyone who has her gifts and has been trained and studied the use of those gifts knows you should not be around alcohol or drugs. I would not go to Allison for a reading or advice given her current status. Out of respect and honor of her gifts and the many other souls who share those gifts, she should not go public in any way until she gets control of herself and her substance issues. It only harms all of the good that others do. Her show had a very long run and many have truly enjoyed it. Her recent actions has cast a dark cloud over that success. I will be praying and sending love energy to all of the people on that show.
Kyle is very strong and has many angels and guides around her. She must know that the reading given to her is not true. It was orchestrated lies through misdirected alliances. I know she will rise above that evening and end up showing by example how they should behave. I know that Allison has tried to harm her husband's way of earning a living. Guess what, real people see through the darkness. I would bet with your husband's postiive attitude that he actually increases his work, because he is an honorable man. If I were in Kyle's high heels, I would let compassion stand in the forefront. What happened the other evening is not about you, it is about some souls who need help, love, and healing. Their issues have been within them since they were little girls. I would communicate your disire that you want the best for them, but that they need to go and get help. I would then gracefully remove myself from all negative influences.
That show left me spiritually exhausted! I was so very disappointed in that show the other evening, that I will never watch it again. It is just far too negative for me. Camile should be removed from the show until she gets counseling. I truly fear for the other ladies on the show if they keep her on.
Allison needs to know that everyone with special gifts needs to stand together in strength. Our world needs our visions to help protect and heal it and the many souls that are still here. Please try to walk as a positve example and go and get some help! Please do not give any more readings or express your insights until you get cleaned up and grounded again. Words are very powerful, and the other evening you caused great harm to many. It was almost like an earthquake that will most certainly have after shock. I can only pray that everyone who has after shock will only affirm the postive from the situation. The positive would be Camille and Allison go and get help.

You nailed it with Camille "hit the detonate button" by having HUGE strong drinks available. All in all, I did find the show hilarious and was quite thankful for my own quiet life devoid of drama. It really does at times to seem like you are watching the aftermath of a serious car wreck, you are repulsed yet dare can't turn away, and it even makes you slow down to make sure you see everything.
I really like Lisa and Kyle. Lisa is always on point with politeness no matter what, while I get the impression Kyle is just a nice person who will speak her mind. Their husbands seem like really nice people too, as much as you can tell from a show such as this.

I am watching it tonight, and I am pleasantly relieved as I view the silly sides of the ladies; as they reveal their vunerabilities.. and its very endearing. Oh, let me add this: I am speaking of everyone EXCEPT Camile, (sorry if she's reading this, but.. I call it as I see it). She used her holier than thou, I never do anything wrong BS: "My husband is an A-List, emmy winning, obviously in a better class…. God, while Kyle and hubby are just a pair of Bev Hills peasants we use to get us properties/things for the last umpteen years. Your article is spot on. One thing I haven't seen mentioned is that Allison supposedly was first offended by the suggestion that she hadn't been briefed by Camille. She was! We heard little comments between the two witches prior to the others arriving. Allison chose to interpret the accusation that she wasn't a close enough friend (to the snake that is Camile), so therefore she wasn't told, but I think what Faye was calling her on was that she did know ahead.

as I understand Allison has been making the rounds citing Bravo's editing as her excuse for her behavior. I guess she must have forgotten weeks BEFORE the episode aired she was bragging on Facebook about her future appearance on the show and how she "tells all those biotches off"
Aweeeeeeeeeee.. boo hoooooo Allison. Your self loathing and self- hatred reared its ugly head. It has nothing to do with editing, booze, being a so-called alpha chic, or any other excuse your gonna try and pass off. Bottom line is, it lives in you; it was a dormant virus, that was waitin to slither out. And the world got to see you as who you really are. Yeah. I went there. 'wink wink'.
