Young and the Restless fans are not surprised to see that Devon has made a grand invitation to Elena and Jett to come live with him. He wants nothing more at this point in his life than to make things right and to make things seem like they are nothing more than a serious situation. He wants to do right by the people that he is involved with. He wants to be there for them when he is able to get his situation under control. He wants to make things right, but he’s not sure how. He’s not someone who is going to go out of his way to make a mess of his life again, but this is a grand invitation that we aren’t sure is going to work out for anyone in the near future. But, for now, he’s made the offer and he cannot take it back.
Meanwhile. Sharon has resigned. She’s not going to spend another moment of her life living as she has been in the recent past, and that’s not going to change. Rey has come to her with some need for protection, and she is going to do all she can to give that to him. Kyle, on the other hand, is not being a very good husband to his new wife. He’s texting Lola behind Summer’s back to let her know that he misses her and wants to be with her, which is just a bad idea. He didn’t marry Summer because he loves her, of course, but we do know that there is nothing else he can do other than sit back, work it out, and make it happen. We know this is going to turn into a giant mess, but what will happen when it does fall apart and she finds out?

Abby is not happy, and she’s not changing her mind. She’s done. She’s not going to spend another moment of her life wasting time on Arturo when she knows he’s been sleeping with Mia behind her back. She might know the details and that it was just that one time, but she’s done spending her life with men who lie to her and then tell her the truth only when they are in the middle of being in big trouble. She’s not in it to win it with this one, and she’s done. She’s made up her mind, and she’s standing firm in her choice to not be with him anymore. She doesn’t care how many times he begs, asks for forgiveness, or pleads with her about this. She will not change her mind, and there is nothing that he can do to stop her from leaving him for good.
And then there is Cane, who has to face the realities of his own life and his actions. Things will not go the way that he wants them to go. He basically threw away his marriage to Lily, who will get out of jail soon, to be with Victoria, who is not interested in being with him now that Billy is open to being with her again. She’s got too much going on in her own life, and all that she did and how her life is working out is not what he thought was a reality-like situation for her. So, she’s out of the picture, too. And he has to face his decisions.
