Days of Our Lives Worst Characters

Days of Our Lives fans are not really shocked when new characters show up in Salem. It happens all the time. We have learned over the years that some characters are just amazing, and they can do anything they put their minds to. We have also learned that there are some who just don’t cut it. Not everyone who comes in here is someone we miss when they are gone. We don’t want everyone who was ever her to show up and come back on the show. With some of the biggest characters of all time showing up after being dead for a long time, though, we thought we might point out that there are some people we just do not think will ever make it back from the dead. They weren’t interesting enough. In fact, we’d go so far as to call them the worst characters we’ve seen on the show in some time.

Nick Fallon

Do you even remember him? Not many people do or will remember this man and what he stood for, but there is a lot that might happen around here. He is a man who is going to be hard to remember, but then you will say “Oh, him,” and perhaps roll your eyes for a quick moment. He was the man who came around a few years ago — well, more than a decade ago — and was part of the Horton family. He was not really a bad guy, but he came across as a little weird and a little strange and not very likable. He kept trying to date all the women of Salem, but they were not attracted to him. He could not get a date, he could not make a friend, and he went from kind of creepy and strange to totally gross and disgusting — and now he might never come back. We totally get it, too, he was too creepy for us. Not that we are good judges of character considering we’ve loved some of the creepiest of the creepy people around here — but you know what we mean. He’s just a man we could not get on board with, and we do not want to see him come back — ever.

Serena Mason

When the necktie killer took her out a few years ago, there wasn’t a lot of anger or upset by it. She came into town not too long before she was killed, but she didn’t really seem to have a place in Salem. Most people who show up might seem like new people who are just there to make a life, but they always seem to have some sort of tie to the town and the people who live there. She did not, and it was obvious to us that she was not the kind of person we wanted to see hanging around town. She wasn’t giving anyone much, and most people wondered what she was doing there, why she was there, and what she had to bring to the table. It turned out that she had nothing to bring to the table, so when Ben killed her, no one was mad about it. She might be one of the shortest-lived characters in Salem, but you won’t find many people who are entirely mad about that in any way. She’s just not the kind of girl we love and want to spend more time with.

Mimi Lockhart

She comes and goes and has been doing that for a long time, but we cannot get on board with her. She’s one of the worst characters in Salem. She manages to come into town in the heat of things, and she always makes it her point to show up just so she can ruin the lives of others. She brings literally nothing to the table but drama. While that might seem like the point of this show, we have to admit that her specific kind of drama doesn’t work for us because it’s so thrown in and not really meaningful. She doesn’t really come in to do things to get people to be miserable, she just comes in to share shocking news, and then she leaves. She doesn’t even engage. That’s boring to us.
