General Hospital fans really do have to focus on a recap right now considering it’s been five long days since the last time the show aired. Everyone missed all that happened in Port Charles all this time, but that’s what life is like when you are someone who has a long history of life to deal with. They were all out and about before the holiday making life choices, and now we just have to sit back and remember what those were. For one, we did see that things didn’t go well for Sonny when he met with Margaux, and Carly did have some rough times. Oscar spent some time with Monica, which was great for him, and everyone is a mess in other areas of their lives. Ava is bored with Kevin — who is really Ryan — already, and Laura’s timing, as always, is totally off. But that is not all.
Brad is still a mess, Lucas is a mess, and Nelle’s devious ways keep coming back to haunt these young men she decided to try and take down. Things aren’t working out for her in her life, but they are really not working out for the men in their lives. It’s been a very interesting situation to say the least, but we do not have much else to say about that. There is a lot that they might not be able to handle, but we do get to focus on the fact that Jordan and Curtis might actually get married sooner rather than later and there are some people who will get their situation under control in another way if they are given a chance. That’s all good news to us, and we appreciate all that this means in our lives.

Thanksgiving might be over in your house, but it’s not over in Port Charles. Everyone is celebrating the people they love the most on a day that means giving thanks for all the good in their lives. And that is a nice thing, except that Ned is not happy or comfortable that Julian is sitting around the same table as he. It’s not something he feels comfortable with, and he certainly doesn’t feel as if this is something he needs to keep to himself. He’s going to make sure that everyone knows he’s unhappy with this situation, and that’s not really something that they will appreciate on a day when you’re meant to give thanks. He may make things more difficult and awkward than they need to be, and that might just be one of those things that makes him look worse than anything else.
Monica has some precautions to make, and that’s going to make her life more interesting. She will need to keep her situation under control, but she’s good for that. She’s a woman that handles her situations well and easily, and she’s good under pressure. On that note, Kim will be very disappointed by something that’s going on in her life, and that will make her a bitter monster on this day. She’s not nearly as good at keeping her situation calm, but that’s all right. She’s good enough to keep us interested in what is going on, and that does have some sort of effect on things that we appreciate and love.
