Young and the Restless fans are having a rough day. It was stressful to watch out for the way things were going on around here, and we are all recovering from it. For one, we are all just shocked that Phyllis stunned everyone with her new hire. She did something that will not make Billy or Jack very happy, and they were not afraid to show her that they don’t know about her choices. She’s not in the mood to seek their approval, however, so she’s good to go where she is. She’s not in the middle of this to make her mark on the company by seeking their approval, and she’s doing a good job of that. She’s a woman who is going to do what she wants to do, and she’s going to do it her way. She’s not afraid of that, ashamed of that, or worried about the way things are going. But she should be.
Jill showed up and made things awkward for Nikki, and Nikki had to make a decision that will affect her and three other women, including her daughter and the woman who almost married her son. Now that Jill has shared the information that there might be some work at Chancellor Park, the women can no longer wait to see if there will be. They need to get in there right now and move that body before it’s too late. They have to make sure there is no way anyone else can find that there is a body buried and the evidence that might link them to the murder. Vicki, Nikki, Sharon, and Phyllis can all lose everything they’ve ever loved and cared for in their lives by doing this, and it’s something they can’t really handle in their current situations.

We are pretty big fans of this entire situation. We love the costumes, the fun, and the clear friendships these men and women have with one another. They make us happy, and we want to sit back and take a moment to appreciate all of that on our own. We love that this is something we can watch with so much interest, and we love that this is something we can all get on board with every single year for inspiration.

Things aren’t looking good at all for Billy. He’s made his case. He wants back in, and he wants back in right now. He’s not in a place where he is willing to sit back and wait another moment for the world to fall into place for him. He is ready to take over his role at Jabot right now, but things won’t happen for him that way. He’s not in the position to do that at all. He’s made too many mistakes and caused too many problems for this to be a situation he can deal with. He’s not going to make things right in his current state of mind, but he’s going to be able to make things better if he can put his mind to it. He’s in a situation where he has to accept the fact that the woman he loved who cheated on him might take over the role he wants.
He might even come to the realization that the woman he once loved and was married to in the past might not be very happy with him at the moment, either. Victoria was good to him and made some very nice gestures to him, but that doesn’t mean much of anything at all. She’s in the middle of a life problem he knows nothing about. Her certain distraction might make him feel that she’s not looking to spend much time with him despite the fact that she’s just trying not to go to prison for murdering JT after all that’s happening in her life.
